How Do I Apply For Coway Products?
Once you decide what type of product you would like to purchase, Contact ME so that I can help you process you orders, 2 ways we can help you apply, One way is though traditional form submition and the other one is direct online order.

Requirements
1. A Photo of your IC and credit card/ debit card (Front only)
2. Installation address if not a same as address in IC
3. 2nd contact person Number
4. Email
You will need to sent me the above details, After I have collected all these details from you, I will fill up a form and later will email or WhatsApp to you to sign, and then sent back to me for processing
2nd Application option
Apply through Emall Coway, either we do for you or you do it yourself, here is the step by step Video on how to apply using Emall, the best thing of using Emall is the application is fast, you can skip the process of us doing the manual submission and checking which takes another few days. Emall system is able to find out whether you are available fast and update in the system automatically. you can apply by your self here
How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?
From submission to approval and then installation requires around 5 working days depends on the area of you home. After submitting your order, bank will deduct the first payment from your card, and then you will receive a call from our office for verification, this is to confirm you are the right person applying for the product, after that they will make appointments for the installation.
Can I Return Or Cancel My Order?
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will refund any money paid by you. Please note that we cannot accept returns after 7 days.
